From the ferronerie of art to the accessories of sliding doors
MANTION was created in 1920 by Mr Alexandre MANTION. The company at this time made different art items in metal. But it rapidly changed and specialized in the production of hangers for sliding doors. At this time, the sales were mainly for the countryside market, consequently almost all the farming buildings in France are equipped with MANTION products.
Since 1964, MANTION has continued expanding successfully, extending its product range so that the company is now reputed to be the specialist of fittings for sliding doors. This success has contributed to making MANTION products a reference in more than 80 countries spread over 5 continents thanks, for example, to the series SPORT, SPORTUB, CADETTE and now the series HERCULE for heavy doors and monorail handling systems.
